We are huge fans of architecture and love shooting unique and beautiful structures. So when Brittany & Ernie told us their ceremony would be held at Interfaith Peace Chapel we started counting the days til their wedding. The chapel was designed by architect Philip Johnson and looks more like a modern sculpture than a chapel. Johnson also designed the chapel at Thanksgiving Square in Downtown Dallas, and both are worth putting on your must see list.
Their reception was held at another aaaaaaaamazing venue, the Trinity River Audubon Center in Dallas. That’s right. Two cool buildings to shoot in one day. Brittany has incredible taste and did a little designing of her own with the reception details. The TRAC has never looked more beautiful. With help from the coolest crew of wedding vendors around, the day and night were perfectly perfect.
Of course, we have to give a huge thanks to Kerrie at A Stylish Soiree for all of her hard work, for always making the day easy, and for Flo….. one of the coolest rides in town. And to Colby with Astounding Sounds for getting the party started and keeping it going ….. ALL NIGHT LONG. Colby is awesome x1000.
